Kuro

Strategic shift in a studio: targeting new home renovation clientele.

Year: 2023

The Kuro project came to me while I was living in Portugal in collaboration with Lauso Studio. It involved two women from my hometown, Alicante, who wanted to rebrand their architecture studio.

The first step was to understand the reason behind the rebranding. We concluded that their main objective was to change their buyer persona and attract clients interested in comprehensive home renovations, moving away from the industrial projects they usually undertook.

After all the research, we moved on to implementation with two action plans:

  1. Total rebranding of the company and a new name.
  2. Developing an initiative to make the brand stand out within its niche. We created a welcome pack for when the company hands over the renovated home. This was an emotional and key milestone in the client's customer journey.
  3. Additionally, the aim was to create an initiative that could go viral on social media (a shareable action), thus attracting new clients quickly.
